Dividing posts between 2 pages

on karenzeigler.com there are two types of posts 1. quotes 2. video posts. I want each post to go to a page of those two titles (whichever applies). Even though I have those two pages established when I go to add a new posts I do not have the option to post of quotes page OR video page. I went to settings>reading and switches posts to go to select but it still did not offer me an option of where to post when adding a new post.
Is it possible to make posts show up in one place or the other?
