DKIM and SPF records update

Apparently DKIM and SPF records do not exist for my web domain. Can I get a staff member to please assist with updating them? I have the suggested TXT records for ‘name’ and ‘value’. I have no idea what this is all about, but I was advised to do the following because many of my emails are not being received.

Hi there,
nbt-basics.co.za is neither registered nor hosted with WordPress.com, so it’s not possible to add any records for that domain on our end.
I see you have that domain’s name servers pointed to us, but there is no active domain mapping upgrade for that domain, and hasn’t been since it expired in July 2017.
If you still want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site, you’ll first have to buy a paid plan at My Site ->Plans and add a new domain mapping upgrade. Once you’ve done that you’ll be able to add or edit DNS records for the domain at My Site ->Domains.
Otherwise, please contact support at your domain provider where you registered that domain, and ask them to point the name servers back to themselves. Then you’ll be able to add the required records on that end.
