It has now been a week since I sent the completed form and the pirate file is still online. The last time I sent one, the file was taken down within two days. So what’s going on?

May I point out to you that, in my humble opinion, the question is not to know from which e-mail address a take download request was sent, but to deal with that request.
It’s shame that there is no way of attaching to this message copy of the message I received from your serices 7 days ago, after making this request. I am surprised that this request has not yet been processed and would like it to be processed as quickly as possible. -

As my colleague mentioned, “Our terms of service team doesn’t have any record of a DMCA request submitted by the account you’re using to post here.”
What email address did you submit it from? We can use that to track down the status of your request in our system.

In fact, I replied yesterday to the confirmation of submission of the DMCA Take Down Notice, asking what was going on, and just received a message informing me that the URL was taken down, which it actually is.

That email address is not the email address associated with the WordPress.com account you used to create this forum thread, which is why we can’t find your request in our system. You used a completely different WordPress.com account to submit that request.
I have confirmed that your DMCA request is in our system under that other account, and our terms of service team will follow up on it as soon as it reaches the top of their queue – they handle these requests in the order they’re received.
