DNS
-
Good afternoon,
I bought the domain at wordpress.com, but the error appears I need to change the nameservers for: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM (2:03) instead of Bluehost.
I followed the http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/ post # changing-domain-name-servers, only in my wordpress options do not have the “name servers” option, I only have edit email and dns.
When I try to access the site: csf.net, bluehost appears.
I need help please! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. I need you to explain to me what you want to have happen. Are you hoping to map your domain name to your WordPress.com site?
It appears as if you registered your domain name at WordPress.com, but then canceled it and received a €4.00 refund. This is why you cannot access your name servers. It is not registered with us. You must change your dns settings with your domain registrar.
Please let me know:
1. Who your domain registrar is
2. Where you website is being hosted — here at WordPress.com, or at BluehostThanks so much.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
I bought the domain at wordpress.com (not sure because when I access the domain I bought: csf.net appears BLUEHOST, I did not buy the domain at bluehost).
The registered domain name is csf.net
Thanks for your help!
I’m really confused. -
Hi there! I’ve been looking into this issue over the weekend. It appears as if there was an error in your purchasing process because the domain is already owned. I was confused, because I thought you were the owner, but it appears as if another party has had csf.net registered since 1997. Your purchase shouldn’t have gone through.
Because your domain mapping is not useful (since you cannot map your WordPress.com site to a domain you don’t own), I’ve detached it. So, now you can register a new (un-used) domain name, using the €15 credit it your account.
I apologize for the confusion. If I can explain things further, or assist with the registration of a new domain name, please let me know. Cheers.
