    From my web site hosters. 2 days later and still now answer. Have no idea how to get to the ‘happiness’ engineers that helped me when I had an account only one month ago still.!!

    You need to go the your domain account, where you set the A records up when you went live with the site.

    In those DNS setting you need to add a TXT record for:

    v=spf1 mx a:smtpweb.uk.endis.com ~all

    Then you can check that this is showing correctly (leave it a few minutes after adding) by going to http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html and typing in southcitychurch.net in the first field next to ‘Domain name’, this will show whether the record is set up correctly.
