  My website: https://e-detecttb.eu/ is not working and I think it might be linked to a DNS problem,

  It looks like your website is hosted with Names.co.uk. 
We can only assist with WordPress.com hosted sites on this forum.

  You can ask for support in the WordPress.org forums: 
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I see you have that domain mapped to a WordPress.com site, though the mapping upgrade belongs to a different account, paulinechetail

  That mapping upgrade also expired three days ago – paulinechetail will need to renew that if you want to keep on using that domain with WordPress.com.

  That’s not the reason the domain is not working, though. The domain is not working, because it appears you added a custom A record to the domain earlier today which points it to Namesco instead of to your WordPress.com site. If you go to My Site ->Domains and remove that A record, the domain will load your WordPress.com site again.
