Do you mean you want to transfer your domain to Go Daddy? If so here is a guide on how to do this https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
If not, what would you like to transfer.

If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you can move the domain to another site if you have had it registered with us for at least 60 days:
