  Good Day, I currently have an account with Afrihost and they asked if you can add the DNS records on your side so they can help me move from Afrishot to WordPress.

  It looks like virtualsupportteam.co.za is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
