DNS

I have received the below email but I can’t access my site to update it.
Hi Samantha As per our previous email, we’re now deactivating our nameservers by EOD, this will mean any website still using NS1/2 will become unresponsive and cease to work. We’ve extended the EOL of our nameservers by a week later than our previously mentioned deadline, we feel that this has been enough time for all our customers to make appropriate migrations to their own registrar DNS providers.
As we haven’t had any issues with the vast majority of our customers migrations, we are now EOL nameservers by EOD, to reiterate this will deactivate any website operating on ns1/ns2 of our nameservers.
To ensure your site continues to work, please as a matter of urgency if you are still using NS1/2 update your DNS with the below Anycast IP addresses as two individual A records at your domain registrar.
If in doubt please contact your domain provider and ask their support to update your domain’s DNS records to reflect the below:
Please add our two IP addresses to your DNS A records:
172.66.40.99
172.66.43.157
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @madebymannie, this site and domain really aren’t connected to us at all, but can you contact Namecheap for help?
Ask them if you can use their DNS, and ask how to set up those settings there. They can likely help.
Going forward, here’s a little about the difference between the free code (which you’re likely using with that host) and our hosting services:
Cheers!
