I got a new domain name and the company says i need to get a DNS Record off of wordpress for it to work. I can’t find a way to contact wordpress directly, so here i am!

I have an existing domain name which is expiring soon. I have bought a new domain name but the company said I need a dns record from WordPress in order to make it work so that’s what I need to have. Thank you

Is happyheartshappyminds.com the existing URL or the new one? Because that site does not appear to be hosted here with WordPress.com. So I’m not sure why the registrar would have told you to talk to us. You need DNS records from the host you are using.
