  I have a domain (collingtonwinter.co.uk) that is using WordPress DNS servers. It was the main address for my WordPress.com site until a few years ago when I changed the A name to point towards my new WordPress.org website. I am now unable to access the DNS from my account as it is not listing the domain on my account. Is there anything I can do to access the dns?

  Hi there,
  
  Since the domain is not hosted with us, you will not be able to access the DNS settings from your WordPress.com account. You would access them from wherever the domain is hosted. It appears the domain is hosted through Domain Discount 24:
  
  https://www.domaindiscount24.com/
  
  I would contact them regarding your DNS settings, as they should definitely be able to assist you.

  To confirm, are you looking to point the domain away from your WordPress.com site? You still currently have both the Premium Plan and domain connection subscriptions. Let us know.
