  I am trying to change my DNS settings and message comes up saying “your DNS hasn’t been set up properly”.

  Please help. I purchased a premium upgrade and am now unsure why I did it due to the lack of support that I received when I asked the same question a few days ago.

  Hi there – What’s the domain you’re trying to use? I see it was previously jupo.me, but that domain isn’t registered yet, so if you’d like to register it, you just need to go here:
