  I would like to pay for my domian because it has expired but it wants me to change the DNS but i dont know how it works, can you help me in any way?

  Howdy,

  Your domain is in what’s known as redemption, meaning it is long enough after expiration where it is also up for auction.

  More details about the domain expiration cycle is at Domain Expiration.

  At this point, to renew your domain, we need to petition the domain provider to return it back to your account. There is an $80 late fee that they impose that we pass along to you.

  When we petition them, if someone has already placed a bid on your name, they won’t reinstate the domain. If that happens, we’ll refund the full amount of the renewal paid.

  I’ll send you a payment link via e-mail in a few moments. Once payment is received, I’ll submit the petition. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else.
