    I want to change TTL on my domain records. Please note, I am an advanced expert in Web Hosting, Web Design, and Server administration (focus on linux/RHEL/CentOS).

    I need full control of the DNS for the site, and want to ultimately, besides lowering the TTLs for a full fledged hosting move, I want also to create name servers, which requires me to access the registrar, which seems to be wordpress.com.

    Are you able to allow me to create name server records? Are you able to allow me access to the registrar account at wild west domains?

    Can I talk to a real person?

    You probably can’t do what you’re looking for here, but you can transfer your domain to another registrar which may allow you to do that.
