  I am trying to figure out how to update my DNS A to 198.71.233.181. My domain was registered with Sawbuck.

  The site I need help with is http://www.righthandapp.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. You need to log in to that other account of yours to be able to change its DNS.
