DNS and TXT file

  Good day.
  I am using wordpress for my online shopping site and I purchased a SSL toe secure the site. I have to verify the SSL certificate by creating a TXT file in my DNS. And I do not have a manage domain option. Do I need a premium account or a host for eg. Bluehost for me to be able to verify my SSL certificate? If someone can please help with this.
