DNS change

Hi, we registered a ‘novaeraengenharia.com.br’ domain with WordPrees, but later we stopped using WordPress because we needed more resources. Then we set the DNS to another location. But recently we need to readjust the DNS, and through the ‘registro.br’ where we have the maintenance of domains in Brazil, I found that I do not have the autonomy for this. And speaking to the company that owns the title, they tell us that we have to do with who registered the domain, in the case WordPress. What can we do to adjust this DNS or talk to the ‘Toweb’ that has the power to solve this?

I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore novaeraengenharia.com.br to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

Thanks for the help, we misunderstood the payment thing after the new guys made the site. We believed that we only had to pay them, and the domain would be in the same payment. And after the expiration date, our page was still there, so we assumed everything was right. Now it is clear that the domain thing is with you and not with them. My bad :)

Good news…we’ve heard back from our registry, and they were able to restore your novaeraengenharia.com.br domain.
I’ve reviewed your account, and it looks like the blog that this domain was registered under has been deleted. In order to restore the domain to your account, you’ll first need to add a blog so we can attach the domain.

You’ll want to select the ‘Free’ option at every step, since you already have a domain for the blog you’ll be adding.

I added a blog, however, I used ‘novaeraengenhariablog’, because the original did not appear to me to select, is that a problem? If not, I believe it’s Ok now to proceed.

Sorry we missed your reply. I’ve reactivated your domain, so you can use it now again. You can make the DNS changes you need to make from My Site domains.

We’ve just received your payment, and I’ve made sure that your domain is renewed. It will expire on 22 September 2017, but it should renew automatically about a month before the expiration date.

Hi! I tried to change the DNS to ‘dns1.designdeforma.com.br’, but it failed, this error was returned:
Error: Parameter value syntax error; Invalid attribute value syntax; IPADDRESS0: (123.456.789.101)
; Name server pending addition is not registered: dns1.designdeforma.com.br; Parameter value syntax error; Invalid attribute value syntax; IPADDRESS0: (123.456.789.101)We need to change to:
dns1.designdeforma.com.br
dns2.designdeforma.com.br
dns3.designdeforma.com.br
dns4.designdeforma.com.brAnd we can only do this, by the WP admin console, we can’t do this by ‘registro.br’, where we can only see the configurations.

It looks like you have started to transfer your domain away from us. It’s not possible to make any changes to the name servers or DNS while a transfer is in progress. You will need to wait for the transfer to complete, then you can change the name servers at your new registrar.
