DNS code to transfer emails from Netregistry to WordPress not working

  I have a web domain and email service with netregistry so I’ve contacted them to get the DNS format to ensure my emails work. the codes they have given me aren’t working!
  This is what they’ve given me and I tried to insert it in the DNS box:
  mx.netregistry.net.
  mx4.netregistry.net.

  I’m not sure what I’m missing! Also, I don’t know how to transfer the domain over so I can start creating my WordPress website.

  Hi there,

  I took a look at your account and the only domain which I see listed is juicepublicrelations.com which already has different MX records included. Do you have another domain which you want to use or is this the one which you’re trying to change?

  Let me know which domain you are trying to work with!

  Hi there,

  I’m really sorry – I ended up not being able to get any emails yesterday (obviously the domain had moved which meant the emails wouldn’t work until I’d put in the correct codes) and as I was desperately waiting for an important message (I run my own business) I panicked and took the domain back to netregistry for now. I am however going to work with the domian juicepublicrelations.com. So its all good!
