    Hi –

    Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like the email verification did not get processed and that’s the problem here. So, I’ve resent that email verification. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your response!
    Unfortunately, the e-mail behind the blog is not functional…it’s not recognized anymore by Yahoo.
    There are two contributors working on carteaeoviata.com, and we are logging on wordpress with our own e-mail addresses. Is it possible to send the verification on one of these addresses?
    This might be the root cause? If so, would it help creating a new e-mail address for carteaeoviata?

    The verification email is to verify the domain admin contact email you provided when registering the domain. If the email for your WordPress.com account is different the email cannot be sent to that address instead – it can only be sent to the email listed as the admin contact for the domain itself. The email is also not sent from us, but directly from our domain provider.

    If the email address is not correct, the domain owner, carteaeoviata, will need to log into their account, and update the email at My Site ->Domains ->Update Contact information.

    Only the domain owner can do this. We cannot do it for them, and we definitely cannot do it at the request of an account that does not own the domain.

    Your account is not a user on the site to which that domain is connected at all, so we cannot make any changes to that site whatsoever at your request.
