DNS fix
-
Hello we get a DNS configuration (fix the problem) notice. our dailyfintech site is redirected from Fintech4us (which was the original domain name we had). We are paying for the redirect. Why are we getting this errror? and how to get rid of it? Is this at all related to how the page views are counted?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I checked the DNS settings under the owner’s account and did not see the error you were referring to. Are there any more specifics regarding the error that was in the notice? Was the notice under your dashboard or through email?
Also, do you happen to have access to the account that owns these upgrades?
Let me know and I’d be happy to look further into this for you.
Thanks!

Hi, thanks for looking into this. The error is in orange on the left top side of the dashoboard. When we click on it it says ‘fintech4us.com’s name server records should be configured. Learn more”….
My partner and original owner of the fintech4us.com domain, is Bernard Lunn. Can you include him in this conversation ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) please; so we can figure this out.
thanks Efi

Hi there,
I logged into Bernard’s account and saw the DNS error. After checking the whois data, I see that the error is occurring because fintech4us.com is no longer registered with a host, yet you still have it mapped to WordPress.com.
So, you or Bernard will need to either re-register the domain with the original host, or you can register the domain with us here at WordPress.com:

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
