DNS has not updated for months!

  Hi,

  The DNS is not updating and our site has been down for months. I have updated it several times and nothing has changed. Every time I try to go to my URL (wordpress assigned and the purchased domain) it still shows that the page is down.

  Hi there,

  If you are referring to freeholeslam.com, it appears that domain is unregistered, but you purchased domain mapping for the domain.

  Because domain mapping doesn’t work unless the underlying domain has been registered, I removed that upgrade and refunded you $13.

  If you wish to register the domain with us, you can do so by following the instructions below. This process will include the domain mapping.

  If you instead wish to register the domain elsewhere and repurchase domain mapping at that time, you may do that as well. This way the registration and mapping will have the same expiration dates.
