DNS HELP

  I purchased a domain name, but it will not switch over to .com. I’m new to this and very confused. can someone please explain exactly what I need to do to change over the DNS?

  What is the domain name you are trying to use. See below for more info

  I purchased it through wordpress.com, as of now it’s still (theultimatebetty.wordpress.com) I purchased it so it would go to theultimatebetty.com… but when I switch it over to the .com it doesn’t work.

  Hey there,

  GoDaddy, our domain registrar, experienced a system outage when you attempted to register your domain. I’ve gone ahead and refunded your registration fee and removed the domain from your account. The refund should appear on your statement within seven business days.

  Can you please re-register your domain?
