I am trying to link my wordpress registered domain to external hosting.
My hosting company gave me this information.

But wordpress needs the information in this format:
Five types of records are allowed: MX, TXT, CNAME, A, and SRV. We use a minimalistic format for each record type, shown below. TTL is set automatically. When validating, we only check that your records can be safely saved.

    MX <pref> <host>
    TXT <text>
    CNAME <subdomain> <host>
    A <subdomain> <IP>
    SRV <_service._protocol> <priority> <weight> <port> <domain>
    Sample records
    MX 10 MAIL1.EXAMPLE.COM.
    MX 20 MAIL2.EXAMPLE.COM.
    TXT v=spf1 include:mail.example.com ~all
    CNAME autodiscover EXCHANGE.EXAMPLE.COM.
    A webmail 1.2.3.4
    SRV _xmpp-client._tcp 10 10 5269 example.com.

Normally I would just change the nameservers for the domain but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this in wordpress.

Can you tell me what I should enter in the wordpress domain dashboard to get it to work?
    Thank you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
