Hi there, could you please let me know who your email provider is? Have you double-checked your records with them to ensure that they’re correct?
-
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Kathryn : )
My email provider is crazy domains, they provided me the details.Have just sent them an email with the code asking them to double check
Is this the only reason for such an issue?
Thanks for your help!

I just heard back from Crazy domains, the suggested the following:
“You will need to ask your web site provider to point your email server back to our IP address which is, 27.124.120.41”
Not sure how to add this to the DNS record : (

Hi there!
Kathryn’s out today, so I’m taking over for her.
I checked your current DNS entry on your dashboard and I see this entry:
MX 10 mail.counsellingwithgus.com.au. A mail 27.124.120.41 A webmail 27.124.120.41This change was made 8 hours ago and is different than your original entry. Also, any email MX record changes will take up to 48 hours before they will begin to work properly.
Please let me know if it’s still not working after a day or two.
In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions.
