DNS issues

Something wrong with my DNS. I purchased my domain, and the domain mapping feature from WP.com. But I am getting a message saying that DNS is not configured properly. But it was working for the last year… not sure why it stopped. If I purchased the domain from WP.com, shouldn’t the DNS records be taken car of of?

It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFor more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:

That is the source of my confusion, I had thought that I had registered the domain through wordpress.com? It was 3 years ago, som I am not sure…

The domain is registered at Tucows: http://whois.domaintools.com/educatedsquirrel.com
Note that DNS changes can take up to 72 hours before they are fully propagated. If you’re still having issues, please contact Tucows support to help you set the correct name server records.
