Hello there!
Usually DNS settings will update across the internet in a few hours, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours. I have never personally seen it take 48 hours, usually it happens within a day most of the time. I see that your site’s DNS settings are still pointing over to WordPress.com, so just to double check, you might want to log into your domain registrar account (wherever you registered your domain or manage it) and make sure the nameserver settings point to SiteGround’s nameserver numbers.
These articles should help:

Thanks,
It looks like a Migration issue…DNS in siteground does have the siteground #’s.New experience for me….educating myself.
Your input really helps!
Thanks

Hi Jeff,
Just regarding the renewal, that cannot be reversed, and cannot be refunded without completely cancelling the domain Which is no longer an option, given you’ve transferred it away from us.
But you also won’t lose it – your domain transferred with the new expiration date, and in fact it should have renewed yet again as part of the transfer process, so your domain should now be good for the next two years, before you’ll need to renew again. In other words, even though you transferred the domain away from us right after renewing, you will still get the full year of the domain that you paid us for.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
