DNS mapping to an existing domain not working correctly

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi, I am trying to map our DNS to an existing domain. We have done the NS1,NS2,NS3 on our end and cannot figure out what else we are required to do. Your guides are helpful but I have no idea what else is needed to be done. Our DNS for themerchandisegroup.co.uk is correct however it’s still not appearing to be working yet. Do we need to add a custom DNS ? If we do what TXT is supposed to be entered?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No worries! We have solved the problem, we didn’t need the custom DNS. I don’t think it saved at our end the first time!

  • Hi there,

To be safe, I visited your site, and your domain appears to be working properly. Here is a screenshot of what I see at your domain:

To explain, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain change is updated world-wide. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about “redirect errors” or a blank white screen.

Sounds like you’re all through that though, so let me know if you need help with anything else.

    Cheers!
