Although senzazuccherotravel.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers.
If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below. We require that your name server configuration include only the following servers or their numeric equivalents:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMIf you have access to change the nameservers for this domain, please remove all nameservers not on the required list above.
To learn about how to correctly map to an existing domain from a .wordpress.com hosted blog, please see our documentation. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain If you’re not sure whether you own this domain or not, the WHOIS database https://www.whois.net/default.aspx record may help you out.

Hi Francesca,
I see you chatted with Tish about your domain the other day. She contacted our domain registrar to try to recover your domain, but we’re still waiting to hear back about it. Tish will email you as soon as we have news about it. :)

Hi
I’m having the same problem.
My domain claudiakruger.com.br is not reachable and I’ve gone through the
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
already.
When I set my primary domain as claudiakruger.wordpress.com it works fine, bus when I go to claudiakruger.com.br I get this messageERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Somebody help me, please!
Claudia
