  You can make most DNS changes in our Custom DNS tool in the Store->Domain link (instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/ ).

  Nameservers, specifically, require a couple of extra steps to access the domain manager that controls that aspect. Instructions can be seen at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
