DNS needs to be updated

    DNS needs to be updated. I bought a domain through wordpress ecologicconstruction.com and I want it to point to ecologicconstruction.wordpress.com
    I do not know how to update the DNS. My email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is no longer working either. Please help.
