"DNS needs to be updated" What should I do?

  I registered a domain (tomrocklin.com) with WordPress.com using the free trial. The domain is associated with tomrocklin.wordpress.com. After about 24 hours, I am not about to reach either tomrocklin.com or tomrocklin.wordpress.com. When I check “Upgrades” for the site, I see a message saying “DNS needs to be updated.” What should I do?

  “not about to reach” should read “not able to reach.”

  Also, consistent with the idea that it hasn’t actually been registered, other registrars still show tomrocklin.com as available.
