DNS Not Changing!

  Am having problem with my Domain I purchased here. I exported my blog from wordpress to Blogger last year just a month after I launched it, and changed my name server to point to Blogger as I wanted to retain my domain name. The redirection started off well, and my wordpress blog was no longer visible to the public.

  Then two months ago, my friends started complaining that when they key in my url into the search it takes them to my wordpress blog, which I no longer run.
  This got me worried and I came back, deleted the previous setting and made a new change to the DNS record thinking this will correct the error, since 2days now when I use my phone to check links to my domain, it takes me to my Blogger but on the PC, it still points to my WordPress blog. Don’t know what the problem is, I can’t do anything on my blog anymore. Please somebody should help.

  Hi there!

  I checked your site’s nameservers and it looks like they are set to point to WordPress.com, although I’m not sure when that happened.

  All you need to do is to let me know what your Blogger’s nameservers need to be and I’ll be happy to help get everything switched back.

  Ok,
  I think the name server for Blogger is ghs.google.com.

  Below are the custom CNAME I was asked by Blogger to creat on the DNS record, which I already did.

  I have changed your nameservers to point to blogger as requested. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the changes to fully take effect.

  Thanks alot.
  One more thing, a particular post on my blogger can’t convert to blogger, it gives me error message everytime I tried. Is there anything I can do to move it. The title is….’Global Prayer @ 3pm for the Four Victims of Aluu Community Murder’
  Please is it possible to delete this conversation from the forum as it contains information about my domain and shows up on google search when ever my name is been searched for?

  If you’re having trouble importing a particular post, you can always copy and paste the content and postdate the new post.

  Hi,
  When I copy and past the content it doesn’t copy the comments along with the post, I want everything together, not just the content. Any ideas?

  I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do on our end to bring in comments on that post that isn’t exporting properly. Have you contacted Blogger to see if they can do anything to properly export that post with its comments?
