I have a problem with my website apparently the mapping has not been done correctly. could someone help me please ?

between http://www.ichimokuforex.com and ichimokutrades.wordpress.com

I see that ichimokuforex.com has been mapped, but it is not registered. You do not have the domain registered with another host, correct? If not, then you’ll need to register the domain with us for it to begin working correctly with your site.

I there , thanks for your kind reply. Actually i am the owner of the domain, i bought it it is shown in my WP-admin. I cancelled actually a few days ago my purchase but then bought it again…. That’s maybe the problem. No I do not have the domain registered with another host…

I cannot register it through wordpress, i guess that it’s because I already own it… could you kindly check with the servers ?

Hey there Jesse,

When you repurchased the domain, you can only purchase the mapping, not the registration. When you cancel a domain, there’s no guarantee you can get it back.

It can take time (about 1-2 weeks) for a domain registrar to fully cancel and release a newly registered domain. If you want, you can wait for the domain to be fully cancelled so you can try to register it at a different registrar. However, again, there is no guarantee that you will recover the domain because anyone can register it once it is available. What I can do is contact the registrar and see if they can restore the domain back to your account.

If you want to go ahead and try to recover the domain here at WordPress.com, please let me know and I’ll get started on that for you. If we are able to recover the domain I’ll send you a manual payment for the registration charge.

I am in contact with the registrar but only by e-mail. Waiting for their reply

I bought a premium plan so i guess there Will be No charge for the domain purchase

hi, I cannot sign in through http://www.aktoddlerschoo.com. I have to open WordPress.com and sign in there and then check my website. How can I sign in directly from my website.
