DNS problem

I have a website for two years and everything was good. But two days ago my website have disapair, and the reason was the DNS.
I didn’t do anithing, I didn’t change the DNS, and I don’t know how to repair.
Can anybody help me.

i haven’t posted anything for a long time onto my blog, http://www.rachelessex.co.uk and went to post something just now but on the dashboard, it says that my blog is now http://www.rachelessex.wordpress.com and there is no history of my previous site despite the fact that it does come up when i search google for it. how do i restore it to my dashboard, please?
