DNS problem
-
The site that I built is being hosted by Go Daddy. The site is accessible publicly, but nobody in the office can access the site from their own computers. I assume it’s because their network uses the same domain name. What’s the easiest way to fix this?

Hello,
you are using the self-hosted version of WordPress, not the WordPress.com version.
You need to contact your hosting company or ask for the help on the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/Alternatively, you can hire a developer to assist you.
I hope this helps,

Hi there,
Please contact GoDaddy support for help with this, as this sounds like an issue on their end.
The WordPress.org forums can only assist with problems with the WordPress software. For hosting or domain-related issues it’s better to refer people directly to their hosting/domain providers.
