dns problem

  I want to map my wordpress blog to my own domain. Now I asked my registrar to change the dns to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.worpress.com and ns3.wordpress.com.

  The answer I got was that my domain is registered at 3 nameservers, so they cannot change the nameserver. They need the domain registered only at ns1 and ns2 as well as only these two dns in the zone record for my domain.

  How can I change this?

  What is the domain name you are trying to map? Normally zone records are added here if you have certain domain names

  Using ns1 & ns2 should be fine if your registrar can’t set three name servers

  I am trying to map buero-fuer-oekologie.de.

  If I get it rigth, the registrar can only set two server names (ns1 and ns2) but in the zone of the domain 3 server names are announced. This seems to be the conflict, so the registrar asks me to reduce the server names to ns1 and ns2 in the zone of buero-fuer-oekologie.de.

  Can this be done?
