DNS Question!

  Hello!
  At first: I’m spanish then sorry about my english level!

  I want to create a new web on my own server and i want to transfer the domain clinicadentalaviles.com to my domain manager. But i try to transfer the domain and i cant because is forbidden. I can’t find the option on my dashboard to unlock it.

  Another posibility is to change the dns directly from my dashboard but i can’t find that either!!

  Some one can help me??
