DNS Record access
-
Hi, my website tulipspecialcare.com was in WordPress. I have been trying to get support to help move my DNS records but I could not get access. The login I have is for wordpress.tulipspecialcare.com and there is no way to speak to a human at WordPress for clarification on anything. The only support offered is for premium members?? really? It seems that the records are hidden and the only things viewable on the web are the SOA and NS info for my site. I transfered my Name servers back to godaddy since I did not knpow what else to do. Now the site is unreachable. Please help
