Dns records is not showing for wordpress blog

  I want to access my wordpress blog dns records as tutorial but when i go menu.manage.domain after selcting my weblog domain there is no ‘change your name server and dns records’ link as in tutorial
  I just want to add google verifying code to dns records

  There is saying that if Im using wordpress.com site i should use meta tag( html tag) and when i followed instructions google says:
  Failure reason:
  Could not find your site. Please check that you provided the correct URL for your property.

  And i have entered my site as (https://bilgileryarar.wordpress.com/)
  How may i solve this problem
