DNS records — transfer www prefix and non-www prefix
-
I purchased my domain (bkcsquared) through WordPress. However, I’ve since switched over to using Blogger (bkcsquared.blogspot.com).
I followed the directions given regarding re-directing my domain to Blogger and added the following to my DNS settings on WordPress:
TXT <text>
CNAME olovsk57gbaj gv-5lmd2kiair2ni5.dv.googlehosted.com.
A www 216.239.32.21
A www 216.239.34.21
A www 216.239.36.21
A www 216.239.38.21
CNAME www ghs.google.com.Now, when I type http://www.bkcsquared.com into the URL, it comes to my Blogger site — which is great! However, when I type bkcsquared.com (without the www prefix) it goes to my WordPress site.
In Blogger settings, I checked “Redirect bkcsquared.com to http://www.bkcsquared.com.” However, it’s been over a week and it’s still not redirecting to the Blogger site — it goes to my WordPress blog, which I don’t update any more.
What do I need to do?
Thanks for your help!!
