DNS records updates means email not working and can’t login – help!!!

  Hi, please can anyone help as I’m going around in circles! DNS records redirected to connect my domain to wordpress, however now my email isn’t working as those records need to be updated too. I can’t login without email (which I can’t access), and I can’t contact customer support and speak to a human if I’m not connected to a paid plan (which I can’t access). So I’m stuck and unable to ask a wordpress human to iron out what is probably a simple issue e.g. adding MX records to reactivate my email address now that everything is pointing to wordpress.
