DNS Server Name Change

    From my siteground account, I have been unable to reach my blog that is with WordPress. I keep receiving the message “to point your domain name to your new site, change your name servers to the ones below” and my ssl is through wpencryption. Would I need to contact them to my name servers to the ones provided to me?

    Hi there!

    If your site is hosted by Siteground and the domain is registered elsewhere, you’ll need to point the domain to Siteground’s hosting (either by using their nameservers or the IP addresses).

    Also, please note that this forum is for WordPress.com sites. Your site hosted by Siteground uses the WordPress.org software so the WordPress.org community forum is a better place for questions you may have about your WordPress.org site: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
