DNS settings

    Hello. I bought the site redirection option for my blog massimoeco.wordpress.com (my domain massimoeco.com is declared at online.net but change the DNS is not working.
    that is the message I get:
    Error: ns1.wordpress.com: SOA not found on this DNS server,.
    ns2.wordpress.com: SOA not found on this DNS server,.
    ns3.wordpress.com: SOA not found on this DNS server.
    I contacted the online medium that told me the problem was wordpress.
    According to them: ‘That means it does not know your DNS domain must contact the IT manager of the DNS so that it creates an entry for your domain on its DNS..
