  I connected my wp site to a SquareSpace domain, but still wanted to access my wp site. I was told that I could do that by logging in as usual. I haven’t been able to get back in, so I disconnected from SquareSpace. Will my DNS settings to propagate back to the old website automatically now?

  Hi,

  What’s the domain name in question? What is the address of the site you’re trying to map it to?

  The original wp site is: http://www.sidekicksohio.org

  I mapped it to http://www.superheroprojectkids.org, but want to UN-MAP it so I can get back to the wp site.

  Hi there – it sounds like your goal is to have the URL for your WordPress site (www.sidekicksohio.org) redirect to your site on Squarespace (www.superheroprojectkids.org).

  In attempting to do this you removed your ability to access your WordPress site, is that right?

  I checked on the WordPress URL you provided and I see it’s registered with GoDaddy. It’s possible this is also where you host your WordPress site.

  As a next step, reach out to GoDaddy support to get help managing your domain and site to accomplish your goal.
