    Hi, seems my email with is configured with http://www.thepackagenetworks.com which was earlier connected and hosted on wordpress. please help me out

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Many thanks for reaching out and happy to help with this.

    Has the email stopped working? The reason why I ask is because, currently, the domain is not pointing toward WordPress.com servers, so we can’t help to apply the DNS settings needed to run the email hosting.

    Are you looking to connect the domain fully to WordPress.com?

    If yes, the domain name servers would need to change to:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    And then we would be able to help you add the email DNS settings to help keep the email hosting running.

    To check, do you have the DNS settings for the email hosting to hand?
