DNS settings and choosing correct blog URL?

  I would like to choose the blog URL I paid for as threekidsandafish.com without the word press in the title and it will not allow me to do so. I am also highly confused as to how I go about setting my DNS settings..I have read the instructions and they have left me confused!
  Any help would be awesome :-) Thanks

  Hi there, it looks like you registered the domain threekidsandafish.com and it’s correctly mapped to your WordPress.com site, which I can see when I visit this address:
