DNS settings for email self-authentication

hello–I’ve tried to do this myself, and I’m getting too confused. We need to check our WP-hosted DNS records to make sure they meet requirements for Constant Contact. I’ve attached their message below. Domain is lisalynne.com. Can you help? thanks — Stu
The following records must be added to your DNS.
This should be done by logging into your DNS hosting provider and publishing the below records in your DNS Settings.Record type: CNAME
Record Name: ctct1._domainkey.lisalynne.com
Value: 100._domainkey.dkim1.ccsend.comRecord type: CNAME
Record Name: ctct2._domainkey.lisalynne.com
Value: 200._domainkey.dkim2.ccsend.comA DMARC policy is now required. If you do not already have one, please add the following TXT record
Record type: TXT
Record Name: _dmarc.lisalynne.com

It looks like the TXT record for the DMARC policy exists, but the two CNAME records have not yet been added to the domain. Please follow the instructions here to add them to the domain:
