    hello–I’ve tried to do this myself, and I’m getting too confused. We need to check our WP-hosted DNS records to make sure they meet requirements for Constant Contact. I’ve attached their message below. Domain is lisalynne.com. Can you help? thanks — Stu

    The following records must be added to your DNS.
    This should be done by logging into your DNS hosting provider and publishing the below records in your DNS Settings.

    Record type: CNAME
    Record Name: ctct1._domainkey.lisalynne.com
    Value: 100._domainkey.dkim1.ccsend.com

    Record type: CNAME
    Record Name: ctct2._domainkey.lisalynne.com
    Value: 200._domainkey.dkim2.ccsend.com

    A DMARC policy is now required. If you do not already have one, please add the following TXT record

    Record type: TXT
    Record Name: _dmarc.lisalynne.com
    Value: v=DMARC1; p=none;

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    It looks like the TXT record for the DMARC policy exists, but the two CNAME records have not yet been added to the domain. Please follow the instructions here to add them to the domain:

    DNS records are special settings that control what people see when they visit your domain. They also allow you to connect your domain to third-party services such as an email provider. This guide will show you how to add, remove, and change your domain’s DNS records. Reasons for Editing DNS Records You may want to edit the DNS for your domain if you are: Verifying your ownership of a d

    If you’d like us to add these two records, we can do that, but we need the request to come from the WordPress.com account that owns the domain. Please have the site owner reply here with confirmation. If it’s another account that belongs to you, please log into that account and reply here so that we can proceed.

    Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
