DNS Settings for PrivateEmail won't take.

My custom DNS settings were fine until my provider made changes on their end. It took a while to get the initial setup working properly and now, with the change, I’m having the same issues again. I need assistance making sure the settings are correct.

I’m happy to help you set this up. I see you have custom DNS records currently input for savannahnatural.com. Can you let me know what email provider you’re using for your custom address? Also, have you contacted their support department to see what records may be required to get your email working after the change?

My email provider is Private Email via Namecheap. I had the same issue when I initially set up my settings and it took a few rounds to get it right. They have provided the right settings, and I’ve entered them, a few different times, but it still isn’t working.

I’ve checked your records against the Namecheap support document here:
They look to be correctly entered at WordPress.com. Since this is through a third-party app, I’m not able to provide a ton of direct support outside of making sure the records are entered correctly. If your email address is still not working, could you contact Namecheap and ask if perhaps there’s another record that needs to be entered?
