DNS Settings Loused Up. No Email For Days, No Support From WordPress

I’m trying to move the email address associated with my WP domain from Google Workspace to iCloud. An ironically named ‘Happiness Engineer” helped me change the DNS Records a few days ago and they are obviously incorrect because I have had no access to email. Apple can’t help because it’s a WP issue. WP support is non existent and “pending” after several days. Infuriating. Is there a way to access my email some other way or roll the settings back to whatever they were for Google? I’m in a real bind here and completely frustrated by the lack of support. Thanks.

I’ve flagged your thread for staff assistance, but meanwhile are you able to log into Google Workspace directly?
From looking at your whois info https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://mikeschulte.la it seems your domain is registered elsewhere. Did you purchase GWorkspace from WordPress.com?
