DNS Transfer denied by Automattic

I am trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy. I followed the instructions in this article

I unlocked the domain and received authorization code. Within 5 minutes of initiating the process, GoDaddy informed me that my current registrar has denied the transfer.

Hi there!
I see that your domain in unlocked but some registrars will require disabling privacy before starting the transfer process. To do this:
- Go to the Domains section of your account.
- Click the “Contact information” section of your domain’s settings.
- Uncheck “Privacy protection”
- Restart the transfer
